Zarząd Geo-Term Polska S.A. z siedzibą w Oświęcimiu („Emitent”) informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji jednostkowego raportu rocznego za 2021 rok („Raport roczny”). Powodem zmiany terminu publikacji Raportu rocznego są trwające prace nad jednostkowym sprawozdaniem finansowym Emitenta, których przedłużenie wynika z czasowego braku dostępu Zarządu Emitenta do systemu finansowo-księgowego Spółki.
Emitent ustala nowy termin publikacji Raportu rocznego za 2021 rok na dzień 30 czerwca 2022 roku.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
Emitent ustala nowy termin publikacji Raportu rocznego za 2021 rok na dzień 30 czerwca 2022 roku.
