Zarząd Geo-Term Polska S.A. w restrukturyzacji z siedzibą w Oświęcimiu („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje o dokonaniu zmiany terminu publikacji jednostkowego raportu rocznego Spółki za 2021 rok („Raport roczny”). Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI nr 8/2022 z dnia 31 maja 2022 roku termin publikacji Raportu rocznego zadeklarowano na dzień 30 czerwca 2022 roku. Powodem zmiany terminu publikacji Raportu rocznego są przedłużające się prace związane z zakończeniem badania sprawozdania finansowego przez biegłego rewidenta.
Emitent ustala nowy termin publikacji Raportu rocznego na dzień 11 lipca 2022 roku.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
Emitent ustala nowy termin publikacji Raportu rocznego na dzień 11 lipca 2022 roku.
