Zarząd Geo-Term Polska S.A. w restrukturyzacji z siedzibą w Oświęcimiu („Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu 10 listopada 2022 roku do Emitenta wpłynęło wypowiedzenie umowy z dnia 2 sierpnia 2021 roku o świadczenie usług Autoryzowanego Doradcy przez Kancelarię Adwokacką Kramer i Wspólnicy Sp. J. z siedzibą w Warszawie, o której zawarciu Emitent informował raportem bieżącym EBI nr 10/2021 („Umowa”). Umowa ulega rozwiązaniu ze skutkiem natychmiastowym tj. z dniem 10 listopada 2022 roku.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 9) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "InformacjeBieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
