Zarząd Geo-Term Polska S.A. z siedzibą w Oświęcimiu („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu kwartalnego za III kwartał 2023 roku.
Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI nr 12/2023 przekazanym do publicznej wiadomości w dniu 14 listopada 2023 roku, deklarowanym terminem publikacji raportu za III kwartał 2023 roku był dzień 26 stycznia 2024 roku. Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że nowym terminem publikacji raportu za III kwartał 2023 roku będzie dzień 30 listopada 2023 roku.
Podstawa prawna: §6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.
