Zarząd Spółki GEO-TERM Polska S.A. z siedzibą w Oświęcimiu informuje, że Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. Uchwałą nr 1208/2014 z dnia 29 października 2014 r. wprowadził do Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu na rynku NewConnect 71.550 (siedemdziesiąt jeden tysięcy pięćset pięćdziesiąt) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii B spółki GEO-TERM POLSKA S.A., o wartości nominalnej 0,10 zł (dziesięć groszy) każda.
