Models of cooperation
Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. is a subsidiary of Berg Holding S.A., which will establish and build photovoltaic farms from 1 to 120 MWe as direct projects within its structures – special purpose vehicles. The company will also be close to entrepreneurs who own space such as hall roofs, squares or car parks, and will use electricity for their own needs. Overstock will be sold.
For personal use
The special purpose vehicle Farma F1 Sp. z o.o. will build installations for its own use. The purchase of attractive land will be the basis for the commencement of the construction and the launch of a photovoltaic farm.
SPE with Columbus Energy
The first possibility will be to build farms together with industry partners. The company assumes cooperation on the principles of joint special purpose vehicles with a 50/50 industry partner, and this company will implement the construction of farms for other entities. FOTOWOLTAIKI s.a. will fully consolidate all assets and profits from all special purpose vehicles.
Direct company with investor
Another possibility is direct companies with investors who will order the finished product – a photovoltaic farm from 1 MWe upwards with e.g. a plot of land or financial background in the form of long-term investment for themselves.
Company with investor 50/50
FARMY FOTOWOLTAIKI S.A. establishes a special purpose vehicle with a client whose contribution in the form of land or finances will amount to 50%. The rest is invested by FARMY FOTOWOLTAIKI S.A. and begins construction of the farm together with the investor.
Market consolidation
The latest version of the investment to be handled by the company is market consolidation. We expect to enter into other companies in the photovoltaic industry, as well as take them over entirely with existing projects or already completed farms.
